Richard I. Coulson

Richard was proud to serve his country in the United States Air Force. He served during the Korean War, and completed a distinguished career of 23 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant at Barksdale AFB.

After retirement he enjoyed golfing with his buddies at Fox Run GC, Barksdale AFB and with family, who he taught the game to. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and Shriners (Clown Unit).

He is survived by his wife of 75 years, the love of his life and best friend Phyllis Coulson.

Christa Coulson, Robert & Alyshia Coulson, Kim & Ron Armstrong, Leslie & James Petty, Jessica & Jason Evans, Clayton & Danielle Stephens, Clint & Michaela David and Kelli & Mickey Borchardt.

Host of Great grandchildren and Great-Great grandchildren.

A loving husband, a devoted father, and a wonderful Papa. He will be dearly missed.
