DearTulin, I worked with Rick at Little Rock AFB. He was an outstanding Security Policeman who had a deep love for two things. You and the country he served. I used to pick on him about bringing you all the way here from The Duck, but I admired the love you shared. I was proud to know you both and to serve with Rick. He will be truley missed.

SGT. Melancon. A good man with good intentions. God bless you for what you have done. Will never forget the lessons I learned as younger man taught by you and Shawna Fasset. Thanks for everything.
