Rita Joy Melancon, age 88, of Bossier City, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025. She was born October 13, 1936, in Newbury, England to parents, Edward Charles "Charlie" Webb and Winifred A. Webb.
Mrs. Webb is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby J. Melancon, and her parents. She is survived by her son, Larry Melancon and his wife Kathy; along with several grandchildren.
