Rose Mary Gordano

BOSSIER CITY, LA. – A Funeral Mass for Rose Mary Gordano, 80, will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Price and Father Rigoberto officiating. The family will be receiving visitors from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel.

Rose Mary was born on December 25, 1931 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the parents of Lamely Bordelon and Armide Armond Bordelon and she went to be with the Lord On Sunday, October, 28, 2012 in Bossier City, Louisiana. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was an avid bingo player.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents and son, Thorn Gordano.

She is survived by her loving husband George Gordano; sons, Miles Gordano and Gavin Gordano; daughters, Nanette Sandifer and Tina Gordano; brother Harold Bordelon and wife Cynthia; grandchildren, Matthew Sandifer, Brandi Knotts, Jeremy Gordano, Fields Gordano, Morgan Cottle, Garrett Gordano and McKenzi Gordano. Rose Mary also leaves 8 great grandchildren to cherish her memory.

Honoring her as pallbearers will be, James Guillory, Roy Miciotto, Ray Vay, Thomas Koch, Gerald Soileau, John Nicholson. Acting as an honorary pallbearer will be Steven Knotts.
