Rosemary Glazier, 75, passed away peacefully on September 16th 2021 in Bossier City LA. She spent her final days surrounded dear friends and family, and with her devoted husband Bob. Rosemary was born in Flint, MI to Clara and Stanley Moody on May 9th 1946. She was the youngest of five children.
Rosemary will be remembered by many for her big laugh, caring heart and strong resilient spirit. Her love for her family and friends was unmatched, and those close to her knew that if ever faced with hard times, they could count on Rosemary to show up with a suitcase, ready to stay by their side as they weathered the storm. When challenges came her way, she always kept going, usually with a smile on her face and just the right amount of humor. She often told her family that she loved them more than her luggage.
Rosemary was happiest when surrounded by family, and she was loved by many. She never met a stranger and could make friends with anyone. Some of her favorite memories are those of trips to Italy with her husband Bob, and summers in Tawas, MI. Any day spent with Rosemary felt special, whether it was a trip to a local craft show, Monday night burgers, or an afternoon spent lounging, talking and laughing in the yard. She went out of her way to make sure those around her were enjoying life.
Rosemary is survived by her husband, Robert Glazier; children, Rob Glazier, Stasha Picard, and Lance Glazier; grandchildren, Keirston Picard (Chris Chiapelli), Tyler Picard, Kimberly Glazier, Shayne Kropf, Jack Glazier, Matthew Glazier and Emma Glazier; her beloved cats, Gracie, Buster and Molly and many nieces, nephews and cousins, all of which she loved dearly.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 310 Wellington Dr. Bossier City, LA.
