BOSSIER CITY, LA – Ruth Ellen Aguiar, 75, of Bossier City, Louisiana, passed away on Thursday, February 02, 2017. A private family service will be held at Hill Crest Funeral home to honor and celebrate the life of Ruth.
Ruth was born in Vanceburg, Kentucky on March 12th, 1941. She was married to Octavio Aquiar on May 1st, 1979. Ruth was a devoted Housewife, Mom, and Nana and loved spending her time with her family. Ruth was a very kind and generous person and would do anything for anyone that needed help. She was a member of Barksdale Baptist Church.
Ruth was preceded in death by her Mom and Dad, Hannah Mae Reider and Forest Clifford Sartin and ten brothers and sisters.
She was survived by her Daughter, Patricia (Trish) Carol Skinner and husband Brian; grandchildren, Jordan Bryce Church, Jillian Nicole Church, Madelyn Carol Skinner and Aidan Skinner; Daughter Teresa Lynn White; grandchildren, Desiree’ Lynn White; Son, Randy Paul Schuler; grandchildren, Ashlee Marie Schuler, and Nathaniel Paul Schuler; Sisters, Peggy Ann Gilbert and Wilma Jean Hoffman.
