Sandra was born on August 16, 1954, in Bossier City, LA and passed away on September 14, 2023, in Shreveport, LA.
Sandra was a 1972 graduate of Airline High School and attended business school. Over the years she worked for Commercial National Bank, Western Electric (later AT&T), and Summer’s Supply (later Rexel Supply).
Sandra was a huge Elvis fan (fulfilled her dream and got to take her beloved husband, Barry, to Graceland last year). She loved the mountains and traveling to New Mexico, Colorado, and South Dakota. She and Barry would take spontaneous day trips not knowing where they would end up. Being Barry’s wife, her grand- and great-grandchildren was her most joy. Sandra and Barry had just celebrated a huge milestone, with their 50th wedding anniversary two weeks ago.
Sandra loved her Lord, her family and will be deeply missed by all those who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and June Hudnell; brother, Larry Hudnell; sisters, Karen Milbrandt and Debra Ellis.
Sandra is survived by her loving husband of over 50 years, Barry L. Reynolds; children, Amy McBride, Scott Reynolds, and Christopher Reynolds (Ruby); grandchildren, James McBride, John McBride, Sarah Bates (Brad), Allison Howell (Patrick), Lillian Baker (Jeremiah), Scotty Reynolds, Linda Fief (Josh), Kelly Pride (Jeffrey), and Krista Pacheco (Brandon); great-grandchildren, Luke Bates, Elaina Bates, Kinsley Howell, Peyton Howell, Abilene Howell, Hazel Baker, (soon to arrive) Oakley Baker, Mason Fief, Mikey Fief, Natasha Fief, Elizabeth Pride, Emberly Pride, and Evelyn Pacheco; and sister, Susan Hudnell.
Pallbearers will be Scotty Reynolds, James McBride, Josh Fief, Jeffrey Pride, Brandon Pacheco, Jeremiah Baker, and Patrick Howell.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Westwood Baptist Church; 13907 Johns Gin Rd.; Keithville, LA 71047.
