Born July 4, 1931 to Willie and Bessie Wright. Sharon had her Masters in Accounting and Business from LSU Shreveport. She went on to teach this at Bossier Parish Community College. Throughout her life she loved to travel with her husband, Arnold. She enjoyed reading and was a very active member at Waller Baptist Church for almost 60 years.
Sharon joins in Heaven her husband, Arnold Ricke; daughter, Debbie Stewart; and son, Perry Ricke.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Gary Ricke; sister, Kat Littlepage; grandson, Brice Ricke; granddaughter, Jamie Hatch; granddaughter, Alex Major; grandson, Dray Stewart; granddaughter, Alyssa Stewart; and 10 great grandchildren.
Services for Sharon will be held Monday, March 18, 2024 beginning at 10am at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held prior to services Monday, March 18, 2024 from 9am until 10am at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will immediately follow services at Hill Crest Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers the family ask for donation to be to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Sharon's honor.
