Sondra B. Roberson

BOSSIER CITY- Services for Sondra Bell Roberson will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 20, 2015 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Reverend Michael McNatt officiating and a eulogy given by her brother, Gary Gibbs. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the funeral home.

Ms. Sondra was born on February 24, 1938, in Longview, TX to her parents, Grover and Margaret Gibbs. She passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015, with her family by her side. Sondra enjoyed tending to her flower garden and was a wonderful cook for her family and friends. But the best thing in life was simply being a grandmother. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy; she cherished the special moments they shared together.

Sondra was preceded in death by her loving husband, Albert L. Roberson; her parents, Grover C. and Margret Gibbs; brothers, Buddy and Bobby Gibbs; and sister, Betty Gibbs. She is survived by her children, Albert Roberson, Becky Greer, Allan Roberson (Tonya), and Brenda Aldridge; sister, Bitsy Grosjean; brother, Gary Gibbs; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her nephew Johnny Gibbs, and grandsons, Trae Roberson, Randy Roberson, Brandon Long, Chance Roberson, and Briar Roberson.
