Terri’s greatest joy in life was her family. She cherished every moment spent surrounded by the people she loved and especially treasured her role as a mother and Gigi. Her grandchildren held a very special place in her heart, and the memories she made with them will never be forgotten.
Terri is survived by her children: Stetson Sistrunk and wife Shelby; Holly Arinder and husband Coleman; and Mallory Adams and fiancé Luis Yantz. She leaves behind four beloved grandchildren, Lakelyn, Morgan, Jett and Parker, who brought immense love and happiness into her life.
She is also survived by her siblings: Chuck Copes and wife Patti, Donette Cloud and husband Randy, Tammy Heminger and husband Jeff; Tracy Hadwin and husband Tony and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Brenda Copes; her husband, Walt Adams; her sister, Jerri Copes, her nephew, Brandon Copes, and two grandchildren, Jenson and Josephine Arinder.
Those who knew Terri will remember her for the love she had for her family and the happiness she found in simply being together. Her greatest legacy will be the love she gave to her children and grandchildren and the countless memories she leaves behind. She loved Christmas and all holiday get togethers, Christmas cookie sessions, Songs of the Season, and the reunion.
Though she is no longer with us, Terri’s love will continue to live on through her family and especially through the grandchildren she adored so deeply. She will be forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.
During this difficult time, the family kindly asks that you keep Terri and her loved ones in your prayers. Your thoughts, prayers, love, and comfort mean more to the family than words can express as they navigate this tremendous loss.
