He is preceded in death by his parents Kenneth Elliott Sr. and Louise Miller Elliott and his brother Kenneth Elliott Jr.
He is survived by his wife Connie Elliott; his daughters Sharon Elliott, Cindy Avant, Tracy Johnson and husband Tony, and Heather Walton; granddaughters Shelby Boytim and husband Chase Boytim and Riley Walton; grandson Coty Guerrero and wife Emily Guerrero; great granddaughter Charlotte (Charlie) Boytim; brother Bill Elliott; sister Peggy Sartin and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home with a visitation at 9:00 am and the Celebration of Life at 10:00 am
