

Tommie graduated from Bossier High School and went on to have a fulfilling career. She retired from the State of Louisiana as a billing specialist at LSU Hospital in Shreveport, where her dedication and hard work were highly valued.
Her personal interests included a love for cooking and reading, with her life revolving around her family. Tommie was deeply involved in her community, particularly in activities that her children and grandchildren enjoyed. She was present at every achievement, event, and graduation, providing unconditional love and support.
Tommie was preceded in passing by her parents: Benjamin and Charline McGill, one granddaughter, Jessica Lynn, two ex-husbands: Jerry Lynn and Quinton Anderson.
Left to cherish Tommie’s memory will be four children: Benny Lynn, Jerri Gayle Craig, Bobby Lynn, Ronny Lynn, two siblings: Randy McGill, Sheri Cox, seven grandchildren: Nicole Scarborough, Kylie Donely and David, Casey Lynn and Crysta, Farrah Burns and Chris, Robert Craig and Chris, Cassie Pace and Kolt, Alexandria Lynn and Thomas, nine great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
A visitation will be held at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home, located at 601 Hwy 80, Haughton, Louisiana, on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 12, 2025 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in the park.
Pallbearers will be Casey Lynn, Chris Burns, Kolt Pace, Robert Craig, Chris DeNardi, and Thomas Chitty. David Beyersdorf and Billy Mann will serve as honorary pallbearers.
The family expresses their gratitude to St. Joseph Hospice and staff for their kindness and care.
Tommie's legacy of love and dedication to her family and community will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her.
