Wayne "Uncle Frizz" Tucker

Wayne “Uncle Frizz” Tucker, 82, was born on September 14, 1934 in Farmerville, LA to John F. Tucker and Thelma Stringfellow and passed away peacefully on May 25, 2017 in Bossier City, LA. He proudly served his country for 3 years in the United States Navy.

Wayne was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Wayne is preceded in death by his parents; and loving wife Patsy Tucker.

Wayne is survived by his daughters, Tonye Murray and Paula Tucker; son, Mitchell Tucker and wife Hazel; grandchildren, Chad Tucker, Shea Lee, Michelle Tucker and Ryan Bentley; great grandchildren, Caleb Tucker and Lola Tucker; brother, Albert Tucker and wife Sue; sister, Mary Lou Squyres and husband Darrell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services for Wayne “Uncle Frizz” Tucker will be held at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be held at Hill Crest Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Honoring Wayne as pallbearers will be Charlie Tucker, Shea Lee, Albert Tucker, Jr., Chad Tucker, Richard Squyres, and Cole Tucker.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tyler Panozzo and Ricky Wright.
