Willard was born in De Funiack Florida on June 6, 1942 and passed away peacefully in Bossier City on January 22, 2014.
He was precede in death by his parents, William Robert Fannin and Ila Hare Fannin; brothers, David and Earl Fannin. He survived by his loving wife of 49 years Elizabeth Allred Fannin; son, Timothy Edward Fannin and grandson, Nick Fannin.
