He was born April 1, 1976 in Fort Hood, Texas to Ronald and Gloria Dean.
He attended Bossier High School and continued his education at Northwestern State University graduating in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. He has worked at LSU Health Sciences Center his entire career, starting in the Emergency Room and most recently in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
Billy was a kind generous soul that just wanted to experience life to the fullest! He enjoyed traveling and sporting events, especially college football, UFC and wrestling. He was the first to have front row tickets to any concert and didn’t mind sharing his good fortune with others. He also lived for LSU football season and loved everything LSU Tigers. Fall was his favorite season and purple his favorite color as it marked the beginning of frequent trips to Death Valley with family and friends. He got to attend the opening game this season and frequently talked about how he couldn’t wait to share these trips with his children! GEAUX TIGERS!
He is survived by his mother, Gloria Dean; Sister, Susan Dean and brother, Benjamin Dean all of Bossier City; his fiancée, Jennifer Treadwell; his step-daughter, Annika and son, Andrew of Shreveport.
He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Dean Sr. and his brother, Ronald Dean, Jr.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to a Cancer society in Billy’s name would be greatly appreciated.
