Generous, charitable, energetic, creative, artistic, skilled golfer, huge sports fan, avid conversationalist, incredible optimist. Surrounded by her children and grandchildren in the final days and moments of her self-professed wonderful 88 years. Beloved mother of Danny (Susan) & Patti (Bill), loving grandmother ("Nana") of Rob, Brooke, Ben (Melanie) & Hannah (Matt) & doting great-grandmother of Noah & Samuel. Predeceased by cherished husbands Robert D. Biederman & Dr. Nathan Schifrin. Loving stepmother to Stephen (Eileen), Mark (Kim) & Lori, step-grandmother to David, Aaron & Daniel. Funeral services July 5, 10:30am Riverside Memorial Chapel, 21 West Broad Street, Mount Vernon, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
