Beloved wife of the late Norman Wellins. Elaine was a long time resident of New Rochelle. She was the loving Mother of Robert (Laurie) and Steven (Judith) Wellins. Cherished Grandmother of Aaron, Lisa, and Michael. Adored great Grandmother of Robert, Andrew, Oliver, and Zach. For many years Elaine was the owner of E&T Shopping Service.
