Mrs. Frances Stiebel of White Plains, New York passed away on Tuesday April 26, 2016. She was 91 years old. Frances was the daughter of Benjamin and Celia Epstein and was born in Brooklyn New York 0n July 30, 1924. A11:00 a.m. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday May 3, 2016 at the Beth David Cemetery, Elmont New York. Arrangements under the direction of Riverside Memorial Chapel, Mount Vernon, NY.
