Francine was born August 31, 1940, in New York, New York, a daughter of the late Henry and Theodora Smith.
Francine was a loving and dedicated mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a prior member of Temple Beth El of Northern Westchester. She enjoyed hosting loved ones and spending time with her dogs.
She is survived by her two daughters, Melissa Pavese and Kim Haveson; son-in-law and daughter-in-law, John Pavese and Justyn Lezin; and granddaughters, Nicole Pavese and Amira Lezin-Haveson. She is also survived by her brother, Gordon Smith, as well as other extended family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 31, 11:15 am, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, in Hawthorne, New York. A small gathering will follow at her residence in Mount Kisco.
