Howard lived a full and beautiful life, defined by his kindness, optimism, and unwavering devotion to his family. A beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather, his compassion left an enduring mark on all who knew him. Howard worked tirelessly to run his business, Majestic Rug Cleaning, and impressively retired at the age of 81. Those fortunate enough to know him knew Howard to be incredibly handy, a skilled craftsman, and constant source of love and joy.
He shared 66 loving years of marriage with his beloved wife, Helene Katz. Together, they built a loving home and raised their three sons - David (Candice), Neil (Leslie), and Michael (Shari) - instilling in them strong Jewish values and a deep commitment to family. His legacy lives on through his sister - Lois Schiff; his grandchildren - Jessica (Ben), Ilana (Sam), Allison, Sara (Will), Jason, Emma (Zac), Ari, Alexa, and Zachary - and his great-grandchildren, Harrison and Maxwell, each of whom he adored greatly.
While Howard will be deeply missed, his light will continue to shine through the generations he so dearly loved and those to follow. May his memory be a blessing, and may his soul be bound in the bond of eternal life.
