Mr. Howard B. Marks of Mt. Vernon New York passed away Friday July 7, 2016. He was 92 years old. Howard was born on May 20, 1924 in New York City and was the son of the late William and Sadie Marks. Howard was a World War II Army Veteran. He also enjoyed playing Bridge and was a favored Bridge Instructor. He was predeceased by both his wife Claire and son William (Billy) and is survived by his son Robert, daughter-in-law, Billy's wife, JoAnne, three grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A 10:00 a.m. Chapel service is scheduled for Friday July 8, 2016 with the interment following in the King David Cemetery, Putnam Valley, New York Arrangements under the direction of Riverside Memorial Chapel, Mount Vernon, NY.
