I. Allen Negrin of Scarsdale, New York passed away August 8, 2012. He was 78 years old. Mr. Negrin also lived in Milan, Italy. The funeral service will take place on Thursday August 9, 2012 1:30 pm at Riverside Memorial Chapel 21 West Broad Street Mount Vernon, New York 10552. Interment to follow at Sharon Gardens Cemetery.
