May Stein formerly of Brooklyn New York passed away on Friday March 29, 2019 at the Bristol Assistant Living in Armonk where she has resided for the last few years. She was 101 years old. Born on October 21, 1917 in New York, New York she was the daughter of David and Anna Katz Lisiansky. May was a teacher for many years with the New York City Board of Education. She was the devoted wife of the late Max and is the loving mother of her children Norman Stein and Arlene Shumer. She is also survived by four grand children and 5 great grandchildren. A 11 a.m. Graveside service is scheduled for Sunday March 31, 2019 in the Cedar Park Cemetery, Paramus New Jersey.
