With heartfelt sympathy.  I will never forget how sweet Papa was to me.  I saved all the cards he sent me for birthdays and holidays.  He has a  very special place in my heart and I am so terribly saddened by his passing, but  I am sure he is in peace in heaven with Ruthie. Paul was always very kind to me and we loved to kibitz with each other. He was a loving grandfather. He was stubborn and difficult at times, but who isn't, and at his stage in life he earned the right to be curmudgeonly. He was loved by Marc, Ellen and the boys and our sincere condolences go out to them at this time.

Poppa was always warm and loving towards me. His hand picked cards for birthdays and holidays always meant the world to me. One of my favorite memories is when Evan and I got married and he said, "finally, now I can buy you granddaughter cards". :) He's the only Grandpa I've had for the past 10 years, and he will be deeply missed.
