I have so many fond memories of working alongside Paul when we were soldiers in the trenches at Montefiore.
He was a dear friend and trusted colleague in a challenging environment. He was respected by all, and I miss him greatly.

Paul and I parked near one another at his condo in Larchmont. Paul was smart and kind.  He was also a “ family man.”  We talked quite a bit and I always looked forward to when he and Mary returned each winter from California. I will miss Paul and I send my condolences to his family.

I  have known Dr. Goldiner since I was a student at BMCC in 1990. Years later we worked together on the NYS  Respiratory Care Licensure Board.  Through the years he was always supportive and provided insights.  He even volunteered to serve as a member on my dissertation committee in 2011.  A life long friend and mentor. He will be missed.


Paul was an outstanding physician, a courageous leader, a warm personality and a very good friend to me during the many years we worked together at Montefiore.
He will be sorely missed by me and the others he worked with and all those who knew him.

Please accept my deepest condolences on your profound loss.  Dr. Goldiner always treated me with such kindness over the more than 25 years that I knew him.   I will always remember Dr. Goldiner with such great affection.  He made the world a better place.

My deepest condolences to Dr. Goldiner’s family. He was one of the nicest people I’ve ever had an honor of meeting.  I will never forget the first time I’ve met him, sitting in his office when he offered me a residency position at Mt. Sinai.
