Robert S. Starr, of White Plains, New York, passed away March 16, 2012 in Mamaroneck, New York. He was 84. Robert was born March 15, 1928 in the Bronx, New York. He was a veteran in the United States Armed Forces and served his country in WWII.
A Graveside Service was held Sunday, March 18, 2012 at Beth David Cemetery in Elmont, New York.
