Roy Salvatierra

Roy Salvatierra, age 58, passed away on June 16, 2026. Born June 30, 1967 in Bolivia, Roy later made his home in Pleasantville, New York, building a life marked by steady devotion to those he loved and a strong, hard-working spirit that guided him in all he did.

Roy spent his career in the restaurant industry, a field that reflected his diligence and willingness to do the demanding work that keeps others cared for and welcomed. Through years of effort and responsibility, he earned the respect of those who knew him and worked alongside him.

Above all, Roy was devoted to his family. He is survived by his wife, Lizet; his children, Roy, Lauren, Shirley, Tatiana, and Gabriella; and his grandchildren, Grayson, Ann Marie, Anthony, Gabriel, and Pablo. He is also survived by his mother, Cora. Roy’s love for traveling and family time spoke to the priorities he held closest, and the bonds he nurtured will remain a lasting part of his legacy.

Visitation will be held at Riverside Memorial Chapel-Hawthorne, 100 Saw Mill River Rd, Hawthorne, NY 10532, on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, with a chapel service at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Dale Cemetery, 104 Havell Street, Ossining, NY.
