Warren R. Smith of White Plains New York passed away on Tuesday April 19, 2016. He was 82 years old. Mr. Smith was born in Burlington Vermont on March 30, 1934. He was the loving Husband of Frances Resnick Smith. A 10:00 a.m. Memorial service is scheduled for Sunday May 8, 2016 at the Funeral Home.
