William H. Spitalny died peacefully at home three months shy of his 99th birthday. He was the adored and adoring husband of Mickey, his wife for 69 years. He will be forever loved and in the hearts of his children Susan Jill Baten (Mickey) and Richard M. Spitalny (Dianne) and grandchildren Melissa, Amanda, Blythe, Beth and Dara and great-grandchildren Lainie, Cas, Zachy and Cecilia. A graduate of Michigan University's Law School, 1st Lieutenant in the Army, President of Independent Printing, Automatic Data Processing Board member, he was an extraordinary man whose kindness, generosity, intellect and wit gave us all a lifetime of unconditional love and support.
