Alyce M. Kuschewski

Alyce M. Kuschewski was born August 20, 1921 in Trenton Township, WI the daughter of John and Ruth (Johnson) Zlensky. She graduated from Central High School in West Allis, WI. For a brief time she worked for Larry’s Drug Store in West Allis. Alyce moved to Greendale, WI where she meet Arleigh Kuschewski. Alyce and Arleigh were married on April 27, 1968 in Greendale. Together they moved to Fifield, WI where they operated a local tavern for several years called Arleigh’s Place. In the mid 1990’s Alyce and Arleigh moved to Hayward, WI where they retired.

Alyce is survived by her husband of 43 years, Arleigh; two sons, Dennis (Linda) Waystedt, Dale (Sharon) Waystedt both of Hayward, WI; four grandchildren, Tiffany (Fred) Lau, Jason (Jennifer)Waystedt, Amy (Tom), Rebecca Weichett; four great grandchildren, Emma, Hailey, Xander, Sydney; one brother, Orlo (Char) Zlensky of Muskego, WI; one sister, Doroty Coello of Elkhorn, WI; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, John.
