Alta Jane Pearce

Jane was married to the love of her life, Alfred J. Pearce. The couple moved to Hemet in 1957 to the family farm in the West Hemet Fruitvale District. Jane mastered farm life skills including animal care, bee keeping, gardening, and making butter. She excelled in numerous homemaking skills.

Jane was very active in different activities after moving to her new community Four Seasons. She has been a consistent member of SASY Exercise Group, Team Sunshine, the Women In Touch (WIT) Group, and Healthy Living. She also enjoyed art classes including painting, beading, and jewelry. Jane loved people and to dance and play. She was strong and caring. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Jane is survived by her 4 wonderful daughters: Sharon Pearce, Billie (Pearce) Kercmar and son-in-law, Ernie Kercmar, Teresa Pearce, and Pat (Pearce) Crawford; 11 amazing grandchildren; and 20 precious great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Alfred J. Pearce; and her

brother Henry Ash.

A visitation service will be held on Monday, April 22, 2019, from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM, at Miller-Jones Mortuary, located at 1501 W. Florida Ave, Hemet, CA 92543, followed by a Graveside Service at 11:31 AM, at Riverside National Cemetery, Staging Area #7, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518. Reception to follow at 1:00 PM, at the Ballroom Four Seasons Lodge, 237 Four Seasons Blvd, Hemet, 92545.
