Born Saturday, April 19, 1924 in Oregon, Wisconsin, he was the son of the late Edward Rowe and the late Emily Chark Rowe. Arthur was a loan officer in the dairy industry for 30 years. He was a member of The Hemet United Methodist Church, where he volunteered some of his time. Arthur enjoyed playing cards, fishing, bowling, and gardening.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Betty Jean Rowe of over 56 years. Sister, Emily Krueger of Brooklyn, WI, brothers, Donald Rowe of Oregon, WI and Gerald Rowe of Stoughton, WI.
