She was born Nov 5th 1936, Barbara Toby Scalla to Meyer & Norma Jean Scalla. On Nov 11th 1956 she married Roy Kesseler and became Barbara Toby Kesseler she later divorced. She had 4 children, Rick, Cheri, Todd and Stefanie. She has 6 grandchildren, Nathan, Geneva, Jackie, Jaime, Cierra and Taylor. She has 9 Great Grandchildren Maddison, Alex, Gage, Jackson, Charlotte, Brooklynn, Clinton, Ireland, and Beau. On Feb 14th 2010 she married Alvernell Watts and became Barbara Toby Kesseler-Watts. She passed away Feb 27th 2017 at the age of 80. She worked for over 30 yrs in various government depts. She retired in 1999 and enjoyed Jafra cosmetics, traveling, cooking, gardening, slingo, bunco, jazz and her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her and loved her.
