Bernice Haslam

Bernice A Jasch born to August Adolph Jasch and Phebe Florence Clark on July 19, 1925 in Michigan City, Indiana. She had eight brothers and sisters. She met her first husband in Indiana. Bernice and George Bendix were married in 1943. George and Bernice had two kid, Carol and Larry. In 1954 the four of them moved from Indiana to Salt Lake City, Utah. Bernice was a dedicated and loving house wife. In 1955 George and Bernice adopted a boy who they named Keith George Bendix. In 1965 George and Bernice divorced. Shortly after her divorce from George she married Paul Gill in 1967. At this time, Carol and Larry were young adults living on their own so Paul, Bernice and Keith moved from Utah to California. Sadly Paul passed away in 1993. Many years later Bernice decided to marry again, this time to Gerald Haslam in 2001. They lived in California until they decided to relocate in Saint George, Utah and then later Bountiful, Utah. 2013 Gerald passed away and Bernice continued to live in Bountiful, Utah until she passed away July 22,2019. She is survived by her daughter Carol Bangerter and Larry Bendix. She also had four grand children and seven great grandchildren.
