Billy Dave Ratcliff, 78 of Vista, California passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017. He was born on Friday, July 22, 1938 in Mingo City, West Virginia to the late David and Nellie Ratcliff. Billy is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara Ratcliff; three children, Kenneth Ratcliff, Pamela Sue Ondo and Virginia Mae Ratcliff.
Billy was a hard working man who cherished his family very deeply. He was dearly loved, and will be deeply missed by everyone who had the honor of knowing him. Billy will be laid to rest, privately, at Palo Verde Cemetery, located in Blythe, California.
