He was born on Thursday, August 5, 1937 in Ringling, Oklahoma to James and Oma Roper.
Bobby is survived by his lovely wife, Lenoah Roper, three sons, Jackie (Debbie), Rockie (Gail) and Randy (Maryjean), two daughters, Wanda (Mark) Foster and Diane, 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and his sisters-in-law; Linda, Donnis, Georgia, Rhonda, and brother-in-law Buddy. Bobby was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Deann.
Bobby was an avid bowler, and when he wasn't working, loved to just be at home spending time with his family. His family describes him as sometimes being ornery and a practical joker, but always being lovingly attentive.
Bobby was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
