Born on September 27, 1962, in Escondido, CA, to Max & Janice Widner, his family moved to Garland, TX where he spent most of his childhood. He was very involved in the Boy Scouts of America for many years and went on to earn the rank of Eagle Scout.
He eventually moved back to California with his family in 1979, where he graduated from Prospect High School in 1981 and went on to study electronics and drafting at West Valley College.
Brad always had a curious mind, especially when it came to electronics, or cars. He spent many hours building them and taking them apart. His biggest passion project was his 1969 Cougar that he had completely rebuilt.
He was a caring and loyal friend, always looking to lend a helping hand. He had a generous spirit and would give away the shirt off of his back or the last dollar in his pocket to someone in need. He will be missed by many of his family and friends.
He is survived by his sister Shelly Webber (Widner) brother-in-law, Mike, and nephew, Ryan of San Jose, CA.
In lieu of memorial, please consider making a donation in his honor to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (nami.org).
