

Bruce Clayton, age 54, passed away Saturday, April 9th, 2011, with his family by his side at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Moreno Valley, CA. He is survived by his father and mother, Russell and Mary Clayton, brother, Stephen (Evelyn) Clayton, daughter, Katilyn Mary Clayton, and several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Mr. Clayton was born in Muskegon Michigan and spent the first 7 years of his childhood there until moving to California in 1963. He attended University High School in Irvine, CA, graduating in 1975. He attended Orange Coast College thereafter until 1977. He excelled greatly as a handyman and was a hardworking HVAC technician, property maintenance manager, and general contractor for over 25 years. He enjoyed his career, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and beloved cats. In 2007, he became caretaker of his parents and loved them very deeply.
Bruce had many hobbies, including hiking, golfing, bowling, and playing computer games. He was especially fond of woodworking and crafted many beautiful and priceless pieces over the years for family and friends. He touched many lives with his kind, gentle, loving heart and will always be loved and greatly missed by all who knew him.
Arrangements are with Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory. A family memorial will be held later this month and by his daughter's request, his ashes will be scattered along what was his favorite hiking trail in Trabuco Canyon. In lieu of flowers, please remember our Bruce by making memorial contributions in his name to the Ramona Humane Society.
