Carrie Marie Avery, 85 of Hemet, CA passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016, in Hemet, CA. She was born on Wednesday, September 10, 1930 in Foss Oklahoma, to her parents Pete and Opal Schones. She was married for 51 wonderful years to Marvin Avery who passed away in 1997.
Carrie is survived by her three children, Frances (Ray) Kent, Diane (Michael) Beynon, and Danny (Mitzie) Avery, two sisters, Pauline Brown and Alice Glidewell, 6 grandchildren and 7great grandchildren.
Carrie was a sweet hearted and kind woman who was passionate about her family above all else. She always had a positive outlook on life, and was very outgoing, talking warmly to everyone she met. In resent years Carrie became quite a professional bingo player and loved being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren as much as possible.
Carrie was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege to know her.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to Home & Community Hospice.
