

Charles was born in Riverside, CA on November 26, 1938. He graduated from Corona High School.
He is survived by his two children. Ron Taylor and wife Diane of Nuevo and Becky Taylor-Arthur of Riverside, two grandchildren Cory and Travis Arthur, two sisters Charlotte Bradbury and husband Jim of Nuevo and Sharon Huntley and husband Jim of Riverside. As well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Charles started framing homes right out of high school and went on to become a well renowned home builder/ developer in Riverside County. Charles' passion was building homes. He was a visionary and helped pioneer new areas. He developed and built neighborhood subdivisions in many areas including San Bernardino, Nuevo and Blythe, CA.
Charles also loved auto racing. He spent time at Ascot Park. He raced at the Corona raceway in his younger days and was able to sponsor his own car and driver in Blythe later in life.
Charles also greatly enjoyed going to and for a short time living in Rosarito Beach, Mexico.
Charles will forever be remembered for his laughter, drive, jovial nature and helping people's dream of home ownership come true.
A memorial service will be held at Miller Jones Mortuary at 1835 N. Perris Blvd in Perris, CA on Saturday July 21st at 11:30 am.
A reception will follow.
