Charles Evert Sylvia, 91 of Hemet, CA passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2020, in Placentia, CA. He was born on Thursday, February 28, 1929 in Greensburg Indiana. He was the son of the late Lester Brown Sylvia, and the late Grace Mae (Swain) Sylvia.
Charles was an electrician for 50 years. He served the Navy proudly. Charles was preceded in death by his wife Joan Dolores Sylvia and his siblings Donald Sylvia and Norman Gertz.
He is survived his children Catherine Bourne, Paul Sylvia, Cheryl Pena, Patricia Van Derheiden, Maria Fleuret and Grace Sickler, 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
