Cindi Ann Brown, age 68, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2025. Born on March 30, 1957 in Monterey Park, CA, Cindi lived a full and vibrant life marked by her love for family, her pets, and living life on her own terms.
Cindi was a devoted wife to James “Pat” Fetters, her partner of 44 years and husband of 25 years. Her warmth and spirited nature touched everyone she knew. She cherished her family and created a legacy of love and loyalty.
Preceded in death by her parents Barbara Hope Brown & Jerome Robert Brown and her brother Jerome Robert Brown Jr. She is survived by her siblings Vickie Kitchen and Jean Brown, as well as many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Cindi will be dearly missed but remembered with love and admiration for her unwavering spirit and the joy she brought into the lives of those around her.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
