Ciria L. Sanchez, 78 of Moreno Valley, was born on Wednesday, August 8, 1934 to the late Aurelio and Amelia Lopez. Ciria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was the wife of Roberto Sanchez for over 50 years.
She was a dedicated member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. Her hobbies included gardening, and traveling. Ciria could grow anything in her garden; she truly had a "green thumb". She was known to be adventurous. She would try anything once. On Monday, August 13, 2012 Ciria passed away surrounded by her loving family. She will forever be in their hearts. She is survived by her husband Roberto Sanchez; sons, Robert L. Sanchez and Frank Sanchez; daughters, Maria Elena Sanchez, Patricia Petrushkin and Lillian Sanchez; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.
