Clifford Brenton Bowyer Sr. age 78, passed away on January 23, 2016 in Sun City, California. Cliff was born to Irene and Charles Bowyer in Bristol, Pennsylvania. He grew up there until he went into the United States Air Force at age 18. He went to Saudi Arabia for two years, also Texas and New Jersey which was a total of 4 years as an A & E mechanic.
Cliff married Charlotte Miller on September 6, 1958 They started their family in Pennsylvania with Cliff, Mark and Kathleen and later they drove across the states with five people and a dog in the station wagon in 1966 to California. Cliff and family have resided in California ever since. He was a Stater Brothers warehouse supervisor for 30 years and at Fruehauf and Strict Trailer before that.
After a very courageous fight against aggressive oral cancer he finally rests in peace. Cliff is survived by Charlotte [Sun City, CA] and their children, Cliff Jr., Mark and Kathleen; Daughter in laws, Carolyn and Catherine and Son-in-law, Joe. He also leaves behind 5 grandchildren, Brandon, Brielle, Lindsey, Chad and Brooke and Great Grandson, Lincoln.
