Connie is survived by her children Jamie (Tom), Raymond (Jane) and Maricel. A loving grandmother, she is also survived by 9 grandchildren, Lorenzo, Allyson, Jade, AJ, Joseph, Jillian, Jacob, Ryan and Rayden.
Born on May 10, 1942, in Manila Philippines, she was the 2nd out of 6 children of Demetrio Fajardo and Rosa Leygo. Her siblings Hector, Raul, Arturo, Bernadette & Marian.
Connie lived a full life and worked hard as a businesswoman. In her free time, she loved to travel and spend time with family and friends. Devoted to her Catholic faith, she is an active member of her prayer group and values prayer, the rosary and holy mass. Her cancer diagnosis was a cross that she willingly and gracefully accepted and she surrendered her life completely to God.
