Damien was born in Pomona, California on December, 18th, 1971 at Pomona Valley Hospital.
He attended Allison Elementary School and Emerson Junior High in Pomona, California before moving to Moreno Valley, California with his family. There he attended Canyon Springs High School and has maintained lasting friendships with many of his childhood friends.
He is survived by his parents, Arthur and Sibyl Brown; sister, Zimmery Brown; grandmother, Jannie Watson; uncles, Theardis Cooksey, Roderick Cooksey and Ronald Cooksey and more; son, Damien Jr., aunts, nieces, nephews and his many honored friends.
Damien is preceded in death by his grandmother, Ella Cooksey and cousin, Leica Cooksey, who are both resting at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
