Daniel G. Perez was born on January 21, 1987 in Riverside, California. He passed away on December 29, 2013 in San Bernardino, California. He will forever be loved and cherished by his parents Joaquin and Maria Perez; siblings, Jesse, Janet, Denise and Ernie; his loving girlfriend Tiffany; numerous nieces, nephews other family members and friends. Daniel was a free spirit with a beautiful soul. He has left us to soon and will forever be missed.
