Daniel Edmond Powell was born on December 12, 1955 to James and Betty Powell in Van Nuys, California. He passed away on May 5, 2012 in Hemet California at his residence. Daniel was a person who loved life to the fullest and enjoyed the company of others. His passion in life was classic cars. He would travel with his friends and family to every classic car show he could. He spent the last 18 years of his life with his partner Thomas Dalton and shared many wonderful memories.Daniel came from a large family with 5 sisters and 4 brothers. Growing up in such a large family there was never a dull moment. Daniel was interested in cars at a young age and worked on them for most of his life. If anyone in the family had car trouble they knew who to call and he was there to help every time. If Daniel was not in the garage working on cars he was listening to music. Daniel will be missed, but you can bet "I'll get you boy!"
