David Bush Payne was born on March 29, 1933. he served in the United States Navy for 20 years and worked at the Naval Shipyard in Longbeach, CA. for 20 years. David was a devoted husband to Bernadine Payne for 45 years. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Bernadine Payne; Son, Kevin; daughters, Mary and Deborah Payne; granchildren, Breanna and Courtney Whatley. Brittany, Desire, Travis and Harley Young and Danielle Hudson79 of Moreno Valley, California passed away on Friday, August 17, 2012, at his home.
