

David Ray English, 52 of Hemet, California, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015, at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet, California. He was born in Hemet California and graduated from Hemet High School. He was the husband of the love of his life, Annie P. English for 13 years. He worked for the County of Riverside as a Supervisor for 14 years. Prior to that he managed Woody's Auto Body Shop. Dave was very involved in the coordination and organization of the air shows in Eastern Riverside County. He loved to design, build and competitively fly radio-controlled model planes for pylon racing, sharing his amazing talents for building and finishing with the rest of the modeling world through the internet. Planes he developed and graciously built for friends were used to win several major championship races. Dave also enjoyed restoring cars from the 40's through the 60's. One of his favorite pastimes was to drive to southern California beaches with Annie and their dogs, watch the boats, walk along the beach and enjoy the coast. He loved animals, especially his 2 rescued Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. His family describes him as creative, very intelligent, dedicated and generous. He will be sorely missed by family and friends. Surviving are his wife: Ann Pearl English, parents: Kenneth and Gloria Peterson, step-son: Benjamin Pazdernik and his wife: Rebecca, sister: Lisa Marie Smith and her husband: Tom, step-sister: Tawna Renaud and her husband Greg. Family plans to have a private ceremony.
